About

What Organize PDF does

Reorder, rotate and delete pages, then save the rearranged document. The visual way to fix a PDF that was scanned out of order or upside down.

Everything happens on your own machine: the file is decoded, processed and re-encoded by your browser, and never leaves your device. There is no upload, no queue and no account.

Why this one

Why use Organize PDF here

  • Drag, or use the keyboard

Move a page by dragging it, or focus it and move it with the arrow keys.

  • Rotate and delete in place

Turn or remove any page from its own toolbar; Rotate all turns the whole document.

  • Nothing is uploaded

The PDF is reorganised by your browser and saved straight to your device.

  • Pages copied, not redrawn

Text stays selectable and pictures keep their quality.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?

Drop the PDF here and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag pages into the order you want, or focus one and use the arrow keys, then press Save PDF.

How do I delete pages from a PDF?

Hover over a page and press its delete button. Nothing is final until you save, and the file you dropped in is never changed.

Is it free, and is my PDF uploaded?

It is free, with no limits and no sign-up, and nothing is uploaded: the pages are read and rewritten by your own browser.

Can I recover a page I deleted?

Not from the saved output, but your original file is never modified — reopening it restores every page.

Will rotating a page here stick when I open it elsewhere?

Yes. The rotation is written into the page itself rather than being a viewer preference, so it displays and prints the same way everywhere.

Should I use this or Split PDF?

Use this when you are rearranging a document and keeping it as one file. Use Split PDF when you want to break pages out into separate documents.

Can I add pages from another PDF?

Not in Organize. Combine the documents with Merge PDF first, then put the pages in order here.
